Designated to support you and your loved ones during the final phase of life. Focused on improving the patient’s comfort and quality of life, enabling you to enjoy alert, pain-free life, living each day as fully as possible.
A certified domestic violence center, providing services at no cost.
Families in Transition - Ensures access to all programs, services and resources for students who have lost housing and are living in temporary or inadequate housing.
A not-for-profit hospital that treats all children regardless of ability to pay, providing doctors, facilities and supporting innovations that give kids the best chance for hope, health and happiness.
A nonprofit organization that helps people in our community and around the world, to build or improve a place they can call home.
Awarded to Service Members or Veterans who have been touched by war. The Quilt says unequivocally, “Thank you for your service.”
Dedicated to the humane treatment of all animals.
Promotes responsible pet ownership, compassion towards animals and safe human-animal interactions.
Other Nassau County non-profit organizations, groups and individuals may receive quilts and other items for their special needs.
